To make a withdrawal you need to have money available in your account. Once you have money available in your EuroSlots account, please go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Withdraw’ in the left hand side menu.
When you have selected your withdrawal method, the request is sent to our payments department, which then will process it.
Some payment methods are not possible to withdraw to and in these cases you need to make your withdrawal to your bank account.
In accordance with our policy and for your security, any withdrawal should be returned to your main deposit method. You can’t make a withdrawal to a payment method you have not used to deposit. After you have requested a withdrawal, our payment department must process your request. We will do our utmost to process any withdrawal as quickly as possible and usually they are cleared within 24 hours, but it could take as long as 72 hours depending on workload.
Once our payment department has confirmed your withdrawal, your money is sent to your chosen withdrawal method provider and they will transfer the money to your account.

Yes, a withdrawal request will have different statuses depending on how far in the withdrawal process it has come. You can, at any time, see the status of a withdrawal by going to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Account statement’ in the right side menu.
Pending
Before your withdrawal request has been processed by our payment department, it will have status as pending. When your withdrawal is pending, you can still cancel the withdrawal if you wish to do so. To cancel a withdrawal and see the status of it, go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Account Statement’ in the right side menu.
Processed
Once your withdrawal has been confirmed by our payment department, we will send the money to the withdrawal method provider of your choice and the status will be set to ‘Processed’. At this stage you can no longer cancel your withdrawal.
You can decide to cancel your withdrawal if you would like to do so. To cancel your withdrawal request, please go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Account Statement’ in the right side menu.
Bear in mind that you can only cancel your withdrawal as long as the withdrawal status is ‘Pending’.
Withdrawals can be delayed for a couple of different reasons. Sometimes we would need to verify certain details on your account before we can process the withdrawal, or there could be delays with the financial institution you are sending the money to.
Depending on your withdrawal amount, method used, and if you have any previous deposits or withdrawals made to and from your EuroSlots account, we might be required to verify some of your account details and an email will be sent to you straight away informing you what to provide.
This can be a phone verification, ID request, statement request, utility bill or CCA request.
We understand that these procedures may be inconvenient, but please note that we are in some cases required by law to ask for certain documents before we can process any withdrawals.
Phone verification
Due to security regulations we may be requested to verify some of your account details over the phone.
ID request
Due to security regulations we might be required to ask you to send us a copy of your government issued ID. This copy should show your name and surname, photo, your date of birth and have a government stamp.
Statement request (bank statement)
Due to security regulations we may be required to ask you to provide a statement from the financial institution you are making your withdrawal to. This copy should show your name and your account number.
Sometimes we also need a proof of deposit, in those cases it’s necessary we see the deposit to EuroSlots from the statement.
Utility bill request
Due to security regulations we may be required to ask you to provide a copy of a recent utility bill. This should show your name and surname as well as your home address.
CCA request
Due to security regulations we may be required to ask you to send us a signed CCA (credit card authorization form) regarding a certain credit or debit card used when depositing to your account.
This form has to be signed by you and you would need to print it out to do so.
You also need to provide copies of the front and back of your card (for security reasons, please cover the 8 middle digits on the front and CVV/CVC code on the back), together with a copy of your government issued ID.
All withdrawals are manually processed for your own security and in some cases we would need to verify your account.
SWIFT is the international code of your bank and IBAN is an international bank account number. Both make international banking transactions easier. The numbers may be listed on your bank statement. If not, contact your bank and ask them.
You can find your transaction history in ‘My Account’ and click ‘Account Statement’ in the menu on the right hand side. You can see an overview of all your transactions, deposits and withdrawals, as well as cancelling a withdrawal if you would like to do this.
You most likely made a withdrawal without completing the wagering requirement for a bonus. Before making a withdrawal, please make sure that all bonuses are either forfeited or all wagering requirements are met.
However, please be aware that if you forfeit a bonus before completing any required wagering, the bonus along with any additional accumulated winnings will be removed.
You can decide to forfeit your bonus when you make a deposit, or you can go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Bonuses’ in the menu. To cancel the bonus just click on the "X" button after the bonus name.
Any bonus you might have will automatically be forfeited after 14 days.
